General conditions of Sale

These conditions define the sales methods between Qibo srls and its Customers.
Qibo srls reserves the unquestionable right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Customers are invited to read the General Conditions of Sale before each purchase on the site.

Object of the service

Through the e-commerce service, the Supplier makes available to the Customer a virtual showcase from which it is possible to view and purchase on-line articles for animals. Each product is accompanied by a technical sheet, which indicates its main characteristics in brief.

Availability of products

Qibo srls works on the basis of a variable availability of stock in stock and production times. In fact, the goods are available within the limits of stocks and production and purchases are regulated by the “except for sale” clause.
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer is informed and given the possibility to modify or cancel his order. No penalty will be applied in this case.


All prices shown are “VAT included” and expressed in Euro. The prices shown on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also susceptible to changes due to causes related to the launch of a product and promotions. All prices are provided subject to typing errors.

N.B. The prices displayed for the online shop may not be the same applied in the various outlets.

It is specified that the two discounts are not combinable and therefore you can take advantage of one discount at a time.

Iva – Application

All customers residing in the European Community are obliged to pay VAT. For all purchases made from the website and delivered in Italy, Qibo srls apply VAT to 22%. This tax is clearly stated on the invoice.

Payment Method

Payment must be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.


If requested, the customer will receive the invoice via ordinary postal service. Qibo srls keeps a numbered copy of each invoice.

Purchase Orders

Each order is marked by an order number and contains the indication of the date of transmission to the system, the details of the items purchased, shipping costs and individual prices excluding VAT, the total cost summary indicated for taxable income (VAT excluded) and by total (VAT included). The Customer accepts that the communications sent by the Supplier and concerning the order received by them are done in electronic format (e-mail) and through a web tool.
To cancel an order, the Customer is invited to promptly send an email to the address and send a registered letter with return receipt to the Supplier.
Except for orders shipped, customers can request cancellation of an order at any time.

Properties of the goods

Qibo srls is the owner of the goods until full payment by the Customer.

Delivery Time

The estimate of the time needed to process the order is 24/48 hours and once the preparation of the package is finished, it will be marked with the word “SHIPPED“, from this moment the package is ready to be entrusted to the courier the first working day available and starting from this moment it will be delivered to the final customer within the next 24/48. For customers resident on the islands, delivery times may vary. Please note that the courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, except on Saturdays exclusively in the Municipality of Rome.

Attention: In case of strike or natural events or for all other causes not foreseeable by the courier, delivery times may vary.

Delivery Method

The Supplier makes the shipments to the Customer with selected express couriers and the goods travel to the Free Port at the expense of the Customer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In the event of discrepancies or discrepancies, it is the Customer’s responsibility to have them noted on the transport document, under penalty of forfeiture of asserting their rights in this regard.

Delivery of Goods

The goods are delivered to the address indicated at the time of registration. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, the Customer must clearly indicate the alternative address in the registration form to avoid errors. It is possible that a package does not arrive on time. In this case, if the delay is significant, the Customer can contact Qibo srls to open a request for the location of the package.

Right of withdrawal

The Supplier, pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99 (protection of consumers in contracts concluded at a distance), informs the client of the following:
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer no later than nr. 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the ordered goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending the Customer a registered letter with return receipt to the address Qibo srls, Via Tommaso Campanella, 00195 Rome, in derogation to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 the communication can be sent within the same term also by telegram or e-mail (the latter is available directly on the website).
For correctness of the relationship, the Customer undertakes to preserve and to keep with care and diligence the products received and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact together with the original packaging. The costs and risks of transport for the return of goods are charged to the customer so testo spa recommends sending an insured shipment.
Once the goods have been received in compliance with the foregoing, the Supplier will reimburse the Customer as soon as possible.

Refund of the goods

The Customer will be refunded for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product, in accordance with the purchase invoice, excluding shipping costs. In all cases Qibo srls reserves the right to deduct from the final sum of reimbursement the equivalent of the value of the deteriorated products or missing accessories.

All returned goods are inspected by the after-sales service, therefore the procedures applied will be those related to this service.

The time for repayment of the goods is no later than nr. 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of returned goods.

Product Warranty

The Customer accepts, at the time of purchase, the conditions of commercial guarantee and assistance valid for n. 1 (one) year.

Guarantees given by the customer

The Customer warrants, assuming all inherent liability and keeping the Supplier harmless from any prejudicial consequences, that their data, provided at the time of purchase, are truthful and allow to identify the true identity of the Customer who also undertakes to immediately inform the Supplier in writing, also by e-mail, of any variation of the data provided.

Applicable law

For all e-commerce services of the site the law of the Italian State is applied elusive. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find a cordial solution. On the contrary, the competent forum is Rome.

Conditions for processing personal data

The Customer is informed that: the data controller is Qibo srls The purposes of the processing are: compliance with legal obligations, fulfillment of the contract, pursuit of the purpose of interactive commercial information (with possible sending of advertising material) and promotion. Under no circumstances are sensitive customer data. The treatment methods include automated and manual means. The scope of dissemination is limited to the company Qibo srls. Consequence of the refusal to give consent to the processing of data is the impossibility of stipulating the contract. The customer is entitled to the rights referred to in art. 13 of the D.Lgv. June 30, 2003, n. 196.
